Nearly at the top of South Norwood Hill, this scheme is currently being designed and is due on site later this year. Built in three blocks with contemporary designs, the scheme will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 through enhanced timber frame building fabric and selected renewable technology. Renewables will also contribute to the planning condition requiring 10% reduction in CO2 emissions through the use of low and zero carbon technologies.

January 2010 - extensive groundworks are nearing completion ready for the installation of the Excel timber frame structure.
