Excel designed, supplied and installed the load bearing light steel frame structure incorporating; 100mm external wall panels with factory fitted CP board/insulation, floor cassettes with lattice floor joists, 100mm internal load bearing and twin leaf party walls. We also provided an independent load bearing lift shaft and lifting beams ready for dry lining and the installation of lift.
