In partnership with Integraspec, Excel design, supply and install a comprehensive ICF building package. Package content is flexible and tailored to suit your requirements whether you are building a multi unit site of houses and apartments or simply building your own home.

Made popular in North America, ICF provides a dense concrete core encapsulated in EPS as an external wall construction. A range of external finishes can be applied to the extremely versatile method of construction. Excel can provide a complete package including inetrnal walls, timber or concrete floor constriction and roof structure.

As always, we offer a flexible approach and can include a range of optional extras in your building package.

All ICF packages comply with NHBC and Building Regulations requirements and are manufactured under strict quality controlled conditions.
