August 2011: Excel 100% Customer Satisfaction. Performance measurement is mighty important to us at Excel. We measure our performance across all areas of our business. This month we are delighted to announce our first 100% satisfaction rating across every aspect of our business - we are clearly doing things well. We will not stop there! We are constantly on the look out for ways to improve our service and product offering.

August 2011: Well here we are back from our summer holidays. Over the summer we have made good progress with our scheme of 44 light steel frame apartments in south London and we are looking forward to completing that project soon. We have also completed a luxury timber frame self build house near Braintree (with factory fitted insulation to all external walls) and are about to commence a scheme of 4 timber frame homes for a private developer in Surrey. Looks like busy times ahead!!

July 2011: Finally our brochure is available to download on line via our website (but you probably know that already)!

January 2011: (Happy New Year!) Excel Insulated Conrete Formwork System available to customers. This is understood to be one of the only complete superstructure (walls, floor and roof) ICF packages available on the market.

December 2010: 39 Flats in Light Steel Frame near completion.

October 2010: First deliveries of load bearing light steel frame to South London Flats.

October 2010: Excel attend trial construction of unique ICF product new to UK market. An ICF solution is hope to be available through Excel later this year.

August 2010: Completion of pre-insulated timber frame structure for 6 houses in Cambridgeshire.

July 2010: Excel appointed for prestigious light steel frame projects in London

June 2010: Read editorial about Excel Structures in HA Magazine on line 'A Level Playing Field' (Page 4)

May 2010: Excel appointed to provide for apartments at Hemel Hempstead social housing scheme.

April 2010: Excel is appointed to provide a timber frame package for 6 social housing units near Cambridge.

March 2010: Excel are consulted on several low carbon schemes including projects designed to achieve Code Level 4-6 and Passivhaus standards. Excels flexible approach provides the ability to consider a number of details and solutions to specifically suit the requirements of each scheme.

February 2010: Excel in discussion with supply chain partners enabling us to deliver not only timber frame and SIPS solutions with Code for Sustainable Homes assessments but a fully closed timber frame panel system and a comprehensive light steel frame solution for medium rise buildings. Further details to follow shortly...

January 2010: The snow is still coming down but Excels structures are still going up! Work continues on the first phase of social housing units in Hemel Hempstead.

December 2009: Excel starts work on 9no two and three storey social housing units in Hemel Hempstead. Despite the very poor conditions good progress has been made and the final phase of the scheme is expected to complete mid January.

November 2009: Excel wins social housing scheme in Hemel Hempstead to deliver 9no units on three seperate garage sites being developed by a local Housing Association. The scheme will feature Code Level 3 design features including AirSeal detailing and renewable energy technology. Delivery to site will take place in December and January with units expected to be handed over to the HA in March 2010.

November 2009: Excel enters preliminary discussions to facilitate OSM infrastructure and technology to developing economies oversees. Please visit us again for further information as it develops.

November 2009: Excel open panel timber frame scheme achieves exceptional air permeability ratings.
