A specialist building with high ground floor ceiling and attic space at first floor. Set on a sloping site, this building has unusual wall panel configuration.

There is a large lifting beam within the ground floor which will host an over head crane for lifting plant.

Day 3 saw the delivery of 10m attic trusses to create a large store/office space.
