Excel Structures Limited was formed in November 2008 and is focused on delivering a range of low carbon building solutions using modern methods of construction through interdependent supply chain partnerships.

Founder, Jason Pritchard, has over 20 years experience in delivering modern methods of construction including timber frame, SIPS, bathroom pods, light steel frame and roof and floor components. With a background in technical design, his experience is obtained in jointly establishing and running a specialist sub-contractor listed in the Top 100 Fastest Growing privately owned UK business in 2003.

Excel is focused on delivering a new business model which can offer higher levels of customer service and satisfaction, better value for money across a range of low carbon construction solutions. Passionate about delivering a low carbon agenda, Excel Project Managers are also qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors.

Offering a objective approach and signle point responsibility, Excel seek to offer a range of off-site fabricated solutions including timber frame, structural insulated panel systems (SIPS), light steel frame solutions and insulated concrete forms (ICF) - no other off-site specialist has this capability.
