Our History

Excel Structures Limited was formed in November 2008 and is focused on delivering a range of low carbon building solutions using modern methods of construction through interdependent supply chain partnerships.

Founder, Jason Pritchard, has over 20 years experience in delivering modern methods of construction including timber frame, SIPS, bathroom pods, light steel frame and roof and floor components. With a background in technical design, his experience is obtained in jointly establishing and running a specialist sub-contractor listed in the Top 100 Fastest Growing privately owned UK business in 2003. Jason recently joined the board of Nordan UK, leading Eurpoean providers of high performance timber and timber/aluminium composite windows and doors.

Excel is focused on collaborative thinking across a range of business partners, each experts in their own field.

Offering a objective approach and single point coordination, Excel can advice on and a range of off-site fabricated solutions including timber frame, structural insulated panel systems (SIPS), light steel frame solutions and insulated concrete forms (ICF) - no other off-site specialist has this capability.

To complete the building envelope high performance windows from NorDan can also be included as part of a single package through a growing range of partners.
